I want to express my sincere gratitude to California Coast Auto Repair! Over the Christmas weekend, I attempted an oil change on my Jeep Cherokee and discovered I also needed to replace the oil pan. I sourced the necessary parts but quickly realized the repair was beyond my capabilities due to the alternator's attachment.

My wife owns a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis. I could not find a single shop with anyone who could even do a diagnosis to find out what was "actually" wrong with the car. After about two weeks of searching and planning and thinking that the issue was the MAF sensor, and, or the Oxygen sensors because of the codes that I read on my portable code reader. If I did what was suggested on the reader, it would have been for nothing. It would have fixed nothing. About ready to give up, I called California Coast Auto Repair and asked the receptionist did anyone there work on a 95 Grand Marquis? She said that I needed to speak with Jack. From the moment we drove down to meet Jack, I KNEW that this guy was “old school” mechanic. He ran a diagnostic and also found out that the car has numerous vacuum leaks, which obviously was a problem with a car that old. Fast forward, Jack and the crew did a fantastic job on her car, fixed all the issues, and it runs great. Jack and California Coast Auto Repair has a customer “for life”. Thank you brother! Thank you!

Took my 2020 BMW 530i w/ 42,000 miles in for an oil service on 11/21, to this location. I wanted a good, safe & affordable alternative to the BMW dealership and bringing my car to California Coast Auto Repair was the result. One look at the website had me convinced this was a great choice. I was met by Jack at the location after making my own appointment online. So easy. Jack was super nice and a pleasure to work with. The pricing was great and they went above and beyond in service with a minor repair they did. Cannot wait to go back again for more services. This is my new auto dealership service center for sure. Be careful of buying a nice gently used Tesla when you go to this place. They have a huge selection on the lot ready for purchase. They seem to have every model and configuration you could possibly want. Not to mention they had a couple of brand new BMW 4 series in the showroom/ waiting room. And the waiting room was a total blast with complimentary soda, water, ice cream bars and snacks too, while you wait a short period of time for your car to be serviced. Thank you California Coast Auto and Jack for being so wonderful.
